Lab Supply & Inventory Assistant Coordinator

Spector Scientific Lab is seeking a highly organized Lab Supply & Inventory Coordinator to support daily supply and inventory operations across our lab and partner locations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with prior inventory or supply experience who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and reliable. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently by ensuring all supplies are properly tracked, stocked, and distributed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and track lab inventory and supply levels Monitor inventory to prevent shortages and overstock Organize and maintain a clean, efficient supply storage area Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming deliveries Prepare and ship outgoing supplies and packages Enter and manage inventory data in CRM or tracking systems Monitor supplies and equipment at partner locations Coordinate restocking across multiple sites Track usage trends and anticipate reorder needs Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 40–50 lbs) Comfortable standing and handling inventory throughout the day Required Qualifications: Prior experience in inventory, supply chain, lab, medical office, or warehouse environment Fast and accurate typing skills Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with computers and office software Experience with CRM systems Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and stay organized Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
