We are looking for an organized and responsible Supply Chain & Customer Operations Coordinator to support our existing customer accounts and coordinate the full order cycle—from customer requirements and order processing to sourcing, inventory, shipment, delivery, and settlement. This role focuses on existing customer relationships, order management, and end-to-end supply chain coordination , working closely with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners across different countries. We welcome both experienced applicants and entry-level candidates. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned customer accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships. Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate technical and commercial requirements, and follow through on delivery, quality, or service issues. Prepare and maintain quotations, pricing records, purchase orders, sales orders, and account documentation. Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities , including forecasting, ordering, inventory, shipment, delivery, and settlement. Prepare and organize documents required for international trade and export/import transactions. Communicate with customers, suppliers, factories, warehouses, and logistics partners to keep orders on track. Prepare documentation for annual site audits and participate in factory visits as required. Support transportation and logistics planning, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Contribute to business development initiatives, special projects, and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong English and Korean communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate proactively, and work collaboratively. Familiarity with international trade terminology and ERP systems, or a willingness to learn and use them in daily operations. Ability to travel internationally, including to the USA, Mexico, Asia, Europe, and other regions as needed. Legal authorization to work in Canada in a long term. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of cross-border shipping and triangular trade transactions involving suppliers, customers, and delivery destinations across different countries Relevant certifications in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management are preferred Relevant professional experience in supply chain coordination, customer account management, international trade, logistics, or a related field; three or more years of experience is an asset.
