A global industrial manufacturer / supplier is looking for Korean / English Bilingual Purchasing Coordinator to join their team near Duluth, GA to join their team. Ideal candidate will have good understanding / experience in purchasing or supply chain processes. This position is full-time and onsite position with comprehensive benefit package. Responsibilities- Korean / English Bilingual Purchasing Coordinator: Coordinate sourcing supplies needed for ongoing projects from existing/ new vendors Research and analyze sales and cost data to support Request for Quotes Closely communicate with other department to collect the information to create the plan for bidding project. Evaluate current and new vendor list to collect the quotes for comparison and create a report to management for decision-making. Prepare the documentation for RFQ for approval from the HQ and department in charge of the project Negotiate and communicate with vendors to meet the budget range and other project requirement Cross-department communication and reporting Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management Requirements – Korean / English Bilingual Purchasing Coordinator: Bachelors in Supply chain management, Business Administration and related field Business-level of both Korean and English language skill is must (Speaking / Listening / Reading / Writing) Minimum 1-2 years of Logistics / Purchasing / Freight Forwarding industries preferred Advanced proficiency using MS Office Excel. Excellent verbal and written communications skills This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
