Job Title: Safety Manager (Trucking / Logistics) Location: Austin, TX Company: DSL USA Job Type: Full-time About Us Company Website: https://www.i-daeshin.com/main Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety, compliance, and risk management across our trucking operations. This role will oversee DOT compliance, driver management, fleet safety, and insurance, while also managing regulatory authority and enterprise-level risk controls. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations, including authority and licensing Oversee DOT inspections, compliance records, and regulatory requirements Conduct company-wide safety policies Driver Management Manage driver hiring, onboarding, and training programs Oversee driver performance, safety records, and disciplinary/reward systems Lead ongoing driver education and compliance training Fleet & Operations Oversee fleet safety, maintenance, and operational readiness Ensure all equipment meets regulatory compliance standards Analyze safety data to drive continuous improvement Insurance & Risk Management Manage trucking insurance policies, renewals, claims, and bond requirements Coordinate COI issuance and communication with insurance brokers Oversee entity-level compliance structure and reporting Develop and implement company-wide risk prevention strategies Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking/logistics safety management Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT regulations, and compliance Hands-on experience with driver management and safety programs Experience in trucking insurance, COI, and claims handling Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and reporting capabilities Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive, based on experience (to be discussed during interview) 100% employer-paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Lunch provided twice a week Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Leave Apply Now Please send your resume to: hrdslusa@i-daeshin.com Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
