As our Fulfillment Lead, you'll play an important role in keeping our Kitting & Fulfillment department running efficiently. You'll help coordinate daily activities, support and guide team members, manage inventory and shipping information, and serve as a key connection between our internal operations and our customers. What You'll Be Doing As our Fulfillment Lead, you'll help keep our people, processes, and systems working together to deliver great results for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Be a Team Leader! Help organize, assign, and prioritize daily activities for our Kitting & Fulfillment team, providing guidance and support to keep everyone working toward shared goals. Become a Systems Expert! Work with GBS and customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage orders, monitor inventory, update transactions, and track shipments. Keep Everything Connected! Serve as an important communication link between our customers and our internal warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production teams. Take Ownership of Inventory! Monitor inventory levels, verify information between systems, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure accurate records. Keep Orders Moving! Coordinate shipping schedules, organize outbound shipments, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Make Quality a Priority! Perform quality checks to ensure products, packaging, labeling, and shipments meet customer expectations. Solve Problems & Find Solutions! Identify potential delays, inventory shortages, or workflow challenges and work with the team to keep operations moving. Support Department Leadership! Partner with the Production Supervisor and General Manager by providing updates, communicating progress, and helping coordinate daily priorities. Stay Involved! Step in to provide hands-on support to the fulfillment team when needed to meet production goals and customer deadlines. Help Us Get Better!
