Kitting and Assembly Associate
ProPac, Inc.Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitting and Assembly Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling, kitting, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Duties Assemble kits and components accurately according to specifications Pick, pack, and prepare orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency in warehouse distribution activities Skills Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, kitting, assembly, fulfillment, or quality control is preferred. Attention to Detail: Proven ability to notice small discrepancies in numbers, codes, and physical attributes. Mathematical Skills: Strong basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) to ensure accurate component numbers. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand movements, and lift up to 30–50 lbs. occasionally. Reliability: Excellent attendance record and a strong work ethic. Communication: Ability to read, understand, and follow written standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verbal instructions.
