Kitchen Remodeling Contractor / Subcontractor – Raleigh, NC RF Construction Company is looking for experienced remodeling contractors in Raleigh, North Carolina to estimate and complete residential kitchen remodeling projects. We schedule homeowner estimate appointments. You visit the property, scope the kitchen remodel, take measurements, and price the project using our custom estimating system. Once you win the project, you complete the remodel. We’re looking for experienced solo contractors, contractors with helpers, and remodeling crews who have their own tools and transportation and can handle complete kitchen remodels from start to finish. WHAT YOU’LL DO Attend scheduled homeowner estimate appointments in the Raleigh area Visit the property and discuss the kitchen remodeling project with the homeowner Scope and measure the project Price the kitchen remodel using our custom estimating system Provide competitive estimates and win the project Complete kitchen remodels from start to finish Maintain professional communication throughout the project WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experienced kitchen remodeling contractors or subcontractors Solo contractors, contractors with helpers, or remodeling crews Experience completing full kitchen remodels Own tools and reliable transportation Ability to accurately scope and price remodeling projects Comfortable meeting and communicating with homeowners Reliable, professional, and able to complete quality work PAY This is a project-based independent contractor opportunity. Contractors receive approximately 80–85% of the total sold project price to cover labor, materials, and profit. Exact project pricing and payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.
