KITCHEN LEAD & INVENTORY COORDINATOR

KITCHEN LEAD & INVENTORY COORDINATOR We’re looking for an experienced, dependable kitchen professional who can take the lead in our busy café kitchen. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and understands the importance of inventory control, food costs, and running an organized, efficient kitchen. Responsibilities include: ● Overseeing daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation ● Leading, training, and supporting kitchen employees ● Managing weekly food inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries ● Maintaining established food cost percentages and purchasing budgets ● Monitoring waste, portion control, and product usage ● Establishing and maintaining inventory par levels ● Reviewing food costs and identifying opportunities to improve profitability ● Maintaining recipe consistency, quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards ● Coordinating with café leadership on staffing, sales, and operational needs ● Keeping the kitchen organized, efficient, and properly stocked without overordering Our ideal candidate: Has experience working in a fast-paced café or restaurant kitchen, understands inventory and food cost management, and is comfortable taking responsibility for daily kitchen operations. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, pays attention to details, and understands that a successful kitchen requires both great food and smart business decisions.
