Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Oversee all aspects of food production, from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to cooking and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency Implement food safety sanitizing procedures in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution Supervise shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of kitchen personnel Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring excellent food service management and supporting the dietary department when needed Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings Extensive banquet experience along with catering expertise is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and inventory management techniques Strong skills in menu planning, cost control, and managing food service operations Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent leadership qualities with a passion for culinary excellence and team development Join us as a Kitchen Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
