LLCReceiving and Materials Coordinator OneSource Cabinets Position Overview OneSource Cabinets is seeking a Receiving and Materials Coordinator to manage the arrival, inspection, organization, and movement of shop supplies and production materials. This person helps ensure the shop has the right materials when they are needed and that receiving records and inventory remain accurate. Cabinet shop experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a busy shop environment, and willing to take ownership of the receiving area. Responsibilities Receive and unload deliveries of sheet goods, lumber, hardware, finishes, supplies, and other materials. Check deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips for correct items, quantities, and condition. Document shortages, damage, and incorrect items, and work with purchasing and vendors to resolve them. Label, organize, and store materials in their designated locations. Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records. Stage materials and supplies for production as needed. Monitor stock levels and alert purchasing when commonly used items are running low. Keep the receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shop leads to identify urgent material needs. Follow safe material handling practices and operate equipment when trained and authorized. Qualifications Experience in receiving, inventory, warehousing, or a production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to match materials to orders and paperwork. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple deliveries and requests. Basic computer skills for entering and checking receiving records. Clear communication and a willingness to work closely with the shop team. Ability to handle the physical demands of receiving and moving materials, with or without reasonable accommodation. Cabinet shop knowledge, including familiarity with sheet goods, hardware, and cabinet components, is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. What Success Looks Like Deliveries are checked promptly, discrepancies are reported clearly, materials are easy to find, and the production team can rely on accurate inventory and timely material staging.
