LS Renovations is growing in St. Louis and looking for experienced solo contractors, contractors with helpers, and small remodeling crews to estimate and complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects . WHAT YOU GET Scheduled homeowner estimate appointments in the St. Louis area based on your availability. You choose how much work you take on, whether you want to fill a few openings or keep your schedule consistently busy. Projects average around $40,000 in total project value . No lead fees or appointment charges. You never pay to visit a homeowner or submit an estimate. Homeowner deposits are collected directly by you before work begins, with payments structured to cover project costs so you aren’t expected to pay out of pocket. Support with proposals, homeowner follow-up, and project coordination. A custom estimating system to help you build clear, detailed remodeling estimates. HOW IT WORKS We schedule an appointment with a homeowner interested in a kitchen or bathroom remodel. You visit the property, discuss the remodeling work, take measurements, and provide your pricing. We help prepare the proposal and follow up with the homeowner. When the homeowner approves the project, you collect the agreed deposit, and you and your crew complete the remodeling work. You need to be comfortable discussing remodeling projects directly with homeowners and providing competitive bids to win the work. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Hands-on kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling experience. Your own tools and reliable transportation. Photos showing the quality of your completed remodeling work. The ability to calculate pricing promptly after an appointment. Reliable communication and a professional approach with homeowners. Appropriate insurance and licensing where required. We’re especially interested in skilled remodeling contractors and subcontractors who want an ongoing working relationship and can offer competitive pricing in the St. Louis market. PAY & SCHEDULE This is an independent contractor opportunity . Contractors receive approximately 80–85% of the total project price to cover labor, materials, and their profit. The exact amount and payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.
