lopment & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs.
Application
Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
Responsibilities for this position include providing support for the Cardinal Health planning applications (Kinaxis and related integration tools). The individual will provide technical support and development as it relates to the Kinaxis Maestro planning system, data integration and transformation as well as other planning related processes and activities. Additional support includes project participation, coordination and development of enhancement requests, test definition and execution, user training, documentation, issue investigation and/or issue anticipation and subsequent resolution.
The individual will work closely with the Planning IT team members as well as the Kinaxis COE, providing technical oversight and guidance. The position entails both functional and technical responsibilities.
