Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Confection Store Manager to lead our sweet retail environment with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and product presentation Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, ordering, and control to minimize waste and maximize profitability Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, merchandising, and pricing strategies Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and company standards Monitor sales performance through retail math and sales management techniques; implement strategies to boost revenue Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training to enhance team skills in customer service, merchandising, and safety protocols Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative records in compliance with company policies Requirements Proven management experience in retail sales or food retail environments; supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated proficiency in inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and retail math principles Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations Knowledge of employee orientation, training & development techniques, and team management strategies Ability to handle negotiations with vendors or suppliers; experience in merchandising and marketing is advantageous Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is beneficial but not required Strong leadership qualities with a focus on customer service excellence; ability to supervise staff across shifts effectively Join us as a Confection Store Manager where your enthusiasm for sweets meets your talent for leadership!
