Key Holder/Sales Associate

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for opening and closing the store, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring that our retail environment is welcoming and well-organized. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on beauty & cosmetics products, including makeup application techniques. Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and personalized product recommendations. Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems like Millennium and other salon software. Support stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management to keep the store looking fresh and inviting. Conduct product demos and educate clients on new arrivals or promotional offers via social media management tools. Handle cashing out procedures with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Foster strong client relationships by offering exceptional customer service, including follow-up communication in multiple languages if needed. Skills Experience with POS systems such as Millennium or similar salon software is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse clients. Knowledge of cosmetology, makeup application, and beauty product knowledge to enhance customer experience. Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine client relationships. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on merchandising, stock management, and retail math.
