As a key leader, you will be entrusted with opening and closing responsibilities, supervising daily store activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals Manage employee scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing training to support team development Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting Conduct inventory control activities such as stock replenishment, ordering purchasing supplies, and stock audits Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management environment Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience in retail or grocery store settings Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with POS systems, retail math calculations including pricing and sales analysis Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Knowledge of retail operations such as merchandising, stocking, cash handling, and operational management Effective communication skills essential for training & development, managerial communication, and team management Basic math skills necessary for daily tasks like cashiering and inventory control Experience with grocery store operations or similar environments is advantageous Join us to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
