Key Holder

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Key Holder to join our dynamic retail team. As a crucial leader on the sales floor, you will support store management in daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive shopping environment. Your role is vital in maintaining store standards, managing team activities, and driving sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain comprehensive retail management experience while contributing to a vibrant community-focused store. Must be able to work within the hours of 7am-7pm. Must be ablet to work Sundays. Responsibilities Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Support daily operational tasks including inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries or complaints effectively Supervise sales associates, providing coaching, training, and motivation to meet sales goals and uphold store standards Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and perform cashiering duties with precision Oversee inventory control, including stock counts, ordering purchasing supplies, and maintaining accurate records Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing potential team members and onboarding new employees Skills Proven experience in retail sales management with supervisory or assistant manager roles Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and managerial communication techniques Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and operational management Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to train & develop team members while fostering a collaborative work environment Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, marketing strategies, and store product knowledge Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise for shift management and task prioritization Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, employee orientation, and supervising staff performance Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous Ability to handle administrative duties such as budgeting, record keeping, and inventory control confidently Join us as a Key Holder to be a vital part of our energetic team!
