Key Holder

Duties Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security procedures are followed Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Lead and supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and operational tasks Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction Conduct employee orientation sessions, training new staff on store policies, POS systems, and sales techniques Manage cash handling procedures, including cashiering, POS transactions, and balancing registers accurately Support purchasing decisions by monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock ordering and control processes Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control software, and basic bookkeeping practices Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and inventory counts Experience in grocery or retail store environments is preferred but not required Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Join us as a Key Holder to lead our team toward success while creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers!
