Store Key Holder We are seeking a reliable and proactive Store Key Holder to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the store team. Key Responsibilities: Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security and readiness for business Handle cash deposits accurately and responsibly, adhering to cash handling policies Lead daily shift operations, supervising team members and ensuring excellent customer service Assist in training and mentoring new staff members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety Skills and Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in cash handling Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently Flexibility to work varied shifts, including opening and closing hours Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
