Key Holder

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and effective team management. As a Key Holder, you will be empowered to open and close the store, oversee inventory control, and support sales initiatives with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice and outstanding service Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and reconcile daily sales with precision Supervise sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales goals Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock organization Ensure compliance with safety policies, store procedures, and loss prevention measures Support operational tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and purchasing Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, and basic math Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, training & development strategies Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies and sales management techniques Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Organizational skills coupled with effective time management and problem-solving abilities Comfortable with social media Join us as a Key Holder to lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the store’s success!
