Key Holder

Job Summary As a Key Holder, you will be a vital leader within our retail team, responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. You will act as a trusted authority in the absence of management, overseeing sales activities, supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding company policies. Your energetic approach and managerial skills will inspire your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences while maintaining operational excellence. Duties Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Supervise sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stock control, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability Handle cash register operations including cashiering, POS system management, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing prospective employees and onboarding new team members Oversee daily store operations such as purchasing, pricing adjustments, and inventory management to ensure smooth functioning Enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect staff, customers, and company assets Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, inventory control, merchandising, and retail math Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and operational tasks Experience in retail sales, customer service excellence, and store operations management is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Join us as a Key Holder to lead with energy and purpose!
