Key Holder

Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Key Holder, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. As a Key Holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, supervising daily activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed. Assist in supervising daily store operations, including sales floor activities, cash handling, and customer service. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets through effective training and development initiatives. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing to optimize product presentation. Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, refunds, and returns while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and bookkeeping. Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing potential employees and onboarding new team members. Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and company guidelines across all store functions. Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing daily operations. Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and merchandising strategies. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and effective communication with diverse audiences. Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and scheduling shifts. Familiarity with retail math for budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales analysis is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is advantageous but not required.
