Part-Time Sales Key Holder U.S. Polo Assn. | Great Lakes Crossing Outlets About the Role U.S. Polo Assn. is seeking a motivated, dependable, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Key Holder. The Sales Key Holder will support the Store Manager and leadership team in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This individual will serve as a leader on the sales floor, help guide team members, and assist with opening and closing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of the business while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and team development. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive shopping experience. Drive sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques. Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and business objectives. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation. Provide direction and support to sales associates during assigned shifts. Lead by example and help motivate the team to achieve sales goals. Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation. Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and replenishment. Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed. Communicate business updates, opportunities, and operational needs to store leadership. Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience required. Prior key holder or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
