Key Holder

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example for your team. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will help foster a positive shopping environment while maintaining operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop managerial skills, oversee daily store functions, and contribute to the success of our retail operations. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Supervise sales associates, offering guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance Handle cash register operations using POS systems, including cashiering and cash handling duties Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing potential team members and onboarding new employees Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and financial transactions such as payroll and bookkeeping tasks Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures Qualifications Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within the retail industry or grocery stores Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory control, pricing strategies, and merchandising practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting processes Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for retail math calculations Experience in managing retail operations including shift management, budgeting, training & development, and inventory management Organizational skills with attention to detail in stock stocking, inventory control, and record keeping Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Join us as a Key Holder to be at the forefront of our retail success!
