Key Holder

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor, ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team. Duties Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and team management Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training new employees, and supporting ongoing staff development Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy Oversee inventory control processes including stock replenishment, purchasing, and stock organization to optimize product availability Requirements Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within the retail industry or similar environment Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities in managing teams and interacting with customers Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, cash handling, POS systems, and inventory management tools Ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks and manage payroll-related activities when necessary Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in merchandising, pricing, and operational procedures Capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us as a Key Holder where your enthusiasm for retail management will shine!
