Key Account Manager, Global Accounts Pricing & Sales Center Team Location: City of Industry, CA Employment Type: Full time About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider with an extensive international network serving customers across major global markets, seeking a Key Account Manager to support its global accounts within the Pricing & Sales Center team. This position combines customer relationship management, pricing coordination, and operational follow through. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, pricing specialists, overseas offices, and operations to deliver competitive logistics solutions and consistent service across international markets. Position Overview The Key Account Manager will serve as a central point of contact for assigned global accounts, coordinating rate requests, customer requirements, and service issues across teams. Success in this role requires strong freight forwarding knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned. Key Responsibilities Manage daily communication and ongoing service needs for assigned global accounts. Coordinate pricing requests, quotations, bids, and RFQs with internal pricing teams and overseas offices. Review customer requirements and help develop competitive solutions for ocean freight, air freight, and related logistics services. Track quotation deadlines, rate validity, customer feedback, and follow up activity. Partner with sales and operations to ensure quoted services and customer expectations are clearly communicated and supported. Coordinate account onboarding, standard operating procedures, and customer specific reporting requirements. Monitor account activity and service performance, identify recurring issues, and coordinate timely resolution. Support account reviews by preparing shipment, pricing, and performance summaries. Identify opportunities to expand existing account relationships and collaborate with sales on additional business. Maintain accurate account records, pricing documentation, and communication history. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international logistics, preferably in account management, pricing, customer service, or sales support. Working knowledge of international ocean and air freight, shipping processes, and freight rate structures. Experience coordinating quotations or RFQs and working with carriers, overseas agents, or internal pricing teams. Strong customer communication skills and the ability to manage expectations professionally. Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow through while managing multiple requests and deadlines. Ability to collaborate across departments, international offices, and time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multinational customers or global accounts. Familiarity with account performance reporting, SOP development, and customer onboarding. Experience reviewing pricing, margins, and service options to support account profitability.
