Key Account Manager (K-Beauty)

About us ASIABNC distributes Korean beauty brands in the U.S. We carry 100+ brands sold at Olive Young, Korea's largest beauty retailer — so we see what works in Korea before it lands here. We supply ULTA Beauty and Costco and run our own Nordstrom Marketplace storefront. Headquartered in Seoul. What you will do Take new accounts from first buyer meeting to first shipment — vendor application, vendor number, item setup, first PO, delivery Own retailer data and compliance submissions: PIM/STIBO, WERCSmart, MSDS and ingredient docs — including collecting them from the brand side Run EDI order flow (SPS Commerce or similar): POs, ASNs, invoices, and packing lists with lot codes, expiration dating, carton counts Coordinate 3PL, customs brokers, and freight for domestic and cross-border shipments Build line reviews and assortment recommendations matched to each retailer's shopper, and present SKUs to buyers Manage accounts day to day — sell-through and POS tracking, online channel support, ECRM and Cosmoprof What we are looking for 3+ years in beauty, personal care, or CPG working directly with U.S. retail accounts You have personally taken at least one account from vendor application to first shipment — not supported someone who did Hands-on with EDI (SPS Commerce or similar), a PIM such as STIBO, WERCSmart, and retailer vendor portals Fluent in compliance paperwork: MSDS, INCI lists, lot codes, expiration dating, packing lists Strong Excel — you bulk-load a few hundred SKUs with a worksheet, not one at a time Retail math: margin, trade spend, chargebacks, forecasting Comfortable on a small team and working with an overseas HQ across time zones U.S. work authorization Nice to have Korean language — you'll work directly with our Seoul HQ and brand partners Online channels — TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Nordstrom Marketplace Cross-border — Canada (customs broker, Health Canada registration) or Latin America Customer invoicing in QuickBooks or a similar system Location, salary & benefits Location: San Diego, Orange County, CA.
