Job Description Kearney Activate Kinaxis Delivery Manager As a Delivery Manager within Kearney’s Supply Chain and Digital Operations practice, within Kearney Activate’s Connected Planning Practice, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Kinaxis Maestro solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing complex engagements, and shaping our Kinaxis delivery capability at scale. In this role, you’ll combine strategic leadership, program management, and client relationship expertise to ensure that every implementation delivers measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with senior executives—both internally and with clients—to enable digital transformation and next-generation supply chain performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Delivery and Results Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Kinaxis implementation programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality and client satisfaction. Apply consistent delivery methodologies, governance structures, and best practices across all engagements. Track and manage project financials, including budgets, profitability, resource utilization, and risk mitigation. Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into clear action plans. Build and maintain executive-level client relationships that foster trust, transparency, and partnership. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Kearney’s presence within client organizations through delivery excellence and thought leadership. Champion continuous improvement by optimizing delivery models, processes, and tools. Leadership and Team Management Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and coaching to cross-functional delivery teams to ensure growth, engagement, and high performance. Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and client concerns, maintaining situational awareness and effectively navigating ambiguity. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that balances creative problem-solving with disciplined execution. Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes for delivery teams. Partner with practice leadership to scale capabilities, shape go-to-market offerings, and drive operational excellence across the Kinaxis portfolio. WHO YOU ARE Experienced: You bring at least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a delivery leadership role, with a proven record of managing enterprise-scale implementations. Supply Chain Expert: You have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes—including demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and production planning—and how Kinaxis Maestro enables transformation in these areas. Kinaxis Practitioner: You have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro, ideally supported by certifications such as Author, Contributor, or Integration Developer. Consulting Mindset: You thrive in client-facing roles, bringing both delivery rigor and the ability to identify new business opportunities within ongoing programs. Leader and Mentor: You inspire and empower teams through mentorship, feedback, and a focus on professional development.
