Job Summary Kaas Inc, a dedicated FedEx Ground contractor based in Lansing, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team. Responsibilities Conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations Meet delivery schedules and operational goals Qualifications Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Chauffeur license needed Able to pass pre-hire and random drug test - THC and CBD use would cause a failed drug test and would not be eligible for 10 years from failed test. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Reliable transportation or access to a vehicle for daily commute Experience driving large vehicles - Box truck or larger Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery services is a plus but not required Must pass background checks as part of the hiring process, NO FELONIES OR MISDEMEANORS in LAST 7 years This position is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic role within the logistics industry, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
