Junk Removal Driver / Laborer Team Member Base Pay + Tips & Commission Site Masters Junk Removal Tampa Bay, FL Full-time | Monday through Saturday Pay and Career Paths We are hiring dependable field team members for two paths: Driver (Truck + Trailer) / Team Member $18/hour base pay, plus: Overtime after 40 hours, when applicable Tips Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Advancement into sales, crew leadership, and operations Driver candidates must have a valid Florida driver’s license, an acceptable driving history, and the ability to safely operate company trucks and tow trailers. Laborer / Second Seat $16-17/hour base pay, plus: Tips Performance bonuses Paid training Opportunity to advance into the Driver / Team Member / Sales Role This role supports the crew by loading, carrying, sorting, sweeping, protecting customer property, and keeping jobs moving. Strong laborers can earn consideration for the driver/team-member role by proving reliability, safety, work pace, customer care, and truck skills. Your starting pay depends on the role you are qualified for and the responsibility you are ready to handle. The Job This is a hands-on junk removal position. You will work with a crew at residential and commercial properties throughout Tampa Bay. Our work includes: Furniture and appliance removal Garage, estate, apartment, and storage-unit cleanouts Yard debris and vegetation removal Light demolition Construction debris removal Loading, hauling, sorting, and cleanup This is not a sit-in-the-truck job. You will be outside, lifting, walking, sweating, solving problems, and helping customers complete projects that have often been sitting unfinished for months or years. What You’ll Do Depending on your role and qualifications, you may: Drive company trucks and tow 16-foot dump trailers Back trailers into driveways and tight spaces Load furniture, appliances, debris, and other materials Make dump and transfer-station runs Operate dollies, hand tools, and jobsite equipment Protect floors, walls, driveways, and customer property Sort, organize, and safely load materials Perform light demolition and cleanup Sweep the work area broom-clean Take before-and-after photos Communicate professionally with customers Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Driver Requirements To be considered for the Driver / Team Member path, you need: Valid Florida driver’s license Acceptable driving history Ability to pass a motor vehicle record review Experience towing and backing a trailer Comfort driving a full-size truck with a loaded trailer Ability to work safely in traffic, neighborhoods, driveways, and commercial sites No CDL is required. If you are not yet qualified to drive, you may still be considered for the Laborer / Second Seat role. All Candidates Must Be Able To Lift and carry heavy items repeatedly Work outdoors in Florida heat and rain Bend, stand, walk, climb, and load throughout the day Work safely around trucks, trailers, tools, and debris Work Monday through Saturday as scheduled Start early in the morning Stay until assigned projects are complete when necessary Show up on time and ready to work Who We Want You may be a strong fit if you: Show up on time Work hard without constant supervision Take ownership when something goes wrong Treat customers and coworkers respectfully Care about doing quality work Learn quickly Want to build skills in driving, sales, leadership, and logistics Enjoy physical work and being outside This job is not a fit if you regularly arrive late, avoid physical work, need constant supervision, or are looking for an easy hourly job.
