Junior Supply Chain Analyst
MoonWise CareerPosition Overview We are seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain and operations teams with data analysis, inventory monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data. Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, purchase orders, and shipment status. Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, and on-time delivery. Identify inventory shortages, excess inventory, shipment delays, and other potential supply chain issues. Assist with supplier performance tracking and purchase order analysis. Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP and other business systems. Work with procurement, warehouse, logistics, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues. Assist senior analysts and managers with data-driven analysis and presentations. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency. Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards. Support special projects and other supply chain initiatives as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business analytics, operations management, business administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, operations, or data analysis. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including PivotTables, formulas, and basic data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or analytics. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems . Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau . Basic SQL or data analytics knowledge. Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or logistics processes.
