Key Responsibilities:Research supplier pricing, availability, and lead times as directedFollow up on purchase order confirmations and shipment statusTrack delivery dates and flag urgent delays or shortagesCheck deliveries against purchase orders and packing slipsMaintain accurate supplier, receiving, and delivery recordsRequirements:Organized approach with strong follow-up and deadline skillsAttention to detail when checking quantities and documentsClear verbal and written communication skillsBasic Excel, Outlook, and accurate data entry skillsOne to two years of related administrative or manufacturing experience
