Junior Logistics Manager

We are looking for a proactive, analytical problem-solver with transportation or logistics experience who can coordinate daily operations while anticipating challenges and developing practical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customer load requirements, driver assignments, and daily transportation plans. Balance customer demands, driver workload, and operational efficiency. Identify potential issues early and develop solutions for unexpected changes. Analyze situations, improve processes, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Take initiative and prepare for future operational needs, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role. Requirements: Some transportation or logistics experience preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High attention to detail, urgency, and flexibility. Ability to think ahead, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently. Leadership potential and a desire for professional growth.
