Junior Logistics Analyst

We’re looking for a detail‑focused Junior Logistics Analyst to support our supply chain and shipping operations. You’ll help track shipments, analyze delivery data, and support the team in improving logistics efficiency. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: Perform cycle counting, physical inventory, and reconciliations. Audit receipt parts, paperwork, and backup information, and update the WMS system. Maintain communication between the office and dock area concerning orders, updates, labels, and paperwork. Prepare paperwork, which includes BOL, Shipper, and Commercial Invoice as required. Support data entry, reporting, and auditing to ensure accuracy. Support all areas of operations during peak activity and projects. Assist the logistics analyst team on projects, process improvements, and new customer onboarding. Provide support on special projects, which include process optimization, adopting new technologies, error-proofing, and efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Required Skills Prior experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or supply chain is highly desirable. Proven computer experience in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to type 50 WPM and the ability to learn new software and navigate customer portals. Prior experience handling a high number of documents with accuracy. Ability to work under tight timelines and ability to handle stressful situations. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Education High school diploma. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer.
