We run Google, Native, and performance channels at scale, operate proprietary funnels, and deliver high‑quality leads to enterprise partners across healthcare, home improvement, insurance, and lifestyle
Media buying at Manna is data-driven, AIassisted, and productionoriented performance comes first. 

We’re looking for a Junior Google & Native Media Buyer who wants to learn fast, own campaigns, and grow into a strong performance marketer. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads and Native campaigns 

  • Launch and monitor campaigns across search, display, and native networks 

  • Assist with keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget management 

  • Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, CTR, and lead quality 

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages 

  • Work closely with senior media buyers, creative, and operations teams 

  • Maintain clean reporting and structured campaign setups 

 

What You Bring 

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing 

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads (Demandgen) 

  • Interest in Native advertising and lead generation models 

  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data 

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn 

  • Proactive, hands‑on attitude comfortable in fast‑paced environments 

  • Good English communication skills 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Google Ads certifications 

  • Exposure to lead generation or performance funnels 

  • Experience with Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID even academic or test budgets) 

  • Familiarity with tracking concepts (UTMs, pixels, conversions)
