Junior Dispatcher

As a Jr. Dispatcher you will be supporting the Dispatch team, and communicating with the team across departments to ensure that dispatch operations are running smoothly, and customer satisfaction remains high. Dispatch is the primary responsibility, but as we are a smaller team there is an expectation of handling some customer service and some administrative work as well. A suitable candidate will have: -A High School Diploma or greater -2 or more years of dispatch experience in an office setting -Comfortable using a digital devices and office techology -Ability to read, write and speak English -Hindi and/or Punjabi speaking is an asset -Customer service experience is an asset Compensation is will be determined based on case-by-case basis.
