Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of your assigned product category from our vast catalog of business support products.
• Drive new product development by researching and identifying innovative products and vendors.
• Engage with vendors on-site to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to shape effective catalog and digital marketing strategies.
• Directly contribute to enhancing company profitability, product quality, and data accuracy.
• Mentor and foster the professional growth of Product Management Analysts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor site visits.
