Junior Apparel Production
Confidential3PRO Apparel is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to take the lead in our apparel production process. You'll be responsible for turning custom designs into finished apparel, operating a commercial heat press, keeping orders organized and making sure every garment meets our quality standards. You'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring orders are ready on time. What You'll Do Operate a commercial heat press to apply designs to shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. Prepare and carefully align designs for pressing. Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy. Organize, fold and prepare completed orders for packaging. Take ownership of daily production tasks and keep orders moving efficiently. What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work. Reliable, organized and able to work independently. Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. No previous apparel experience is required - we'll provide training. Experience with heat pressing or production work is an asset. Schedule & Pay Part-time, approximately 15-40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling with weekday availability preferred. Opportunity for more hours and responsibility as we grow.
