Scan, label, and track inventory items using barcode scanners and inventory management systems. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP, CMMS, or other inventory databases. Organize maintenance storage areas to improve accessibility, visibility, and inventory control. Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities. Assist maintenance and stores teams with locating, issuing, and tracking spare parts. Ensure proper storage, tagging, labeling, and categorization of inventory items. Maintain inventory documentation and ensure timely record updates. Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices in storage and maintenance areas.
