Job Summary
From day one, you will jump right onto the sales floor to organize merchandise and track inventory in a fast-moving store environment. This part-time position offers 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible shifts that easily fit around your class schedule or second job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Efficient Organizer that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail inventory management.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
• Cycle Counting: Scan up to 300 unique SKUs daily using Zebra handheld RF scanners to reconcile physical shelf stock with database counts.
• Stock Replenishment: Unpack and shelf-tag 25 to 40 merchandise cartons per shift while ensuring 100 percent accuracy on pricing displays.
• Discrepancy Auditing: Flag and document over 15 inventory variance items weekly using Excel spreadsheets to reduce store shrinkage below 1 percent.
• Receiving Processing: Verify bill-of-lading documentation for 5 vendor shipments weekly, logging freight details into the store ERP software within two hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability with at least 6 months of stockroom, warehouse, or retail inventory experience.
• Strong basic math skills to quickly count stock units and calculate merchandise totals accurately.
