Job Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed prepared for nest work station and or shipment. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, detail oriented, and the ability to operate forktrucks. If you thrive in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Accurately count and pack products for next workstation, ensuring that all items are accounted for. Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage order fulfillment. Load and unload products from trucks using forklifts. Perform order picking tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of packaging materials and equipment to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely moving and receiving of goods. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the facility. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or management is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical operations and basic maintenance of equipment is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts, or other equipment is required. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including order picking.
