Supply Chain & Operations Manager Company: Skincare Junkie Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months, with opportunity for permanent employment) Location: Eastvale, CA (Hybrid) Start Date: Immediate Compensation: Based on experience About Skincare Junkie Skincare Junkie is a growing skincare brand focused on innovative, science-backed products. As we expand across major retail, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce channels, we are looking for a motivated and organized Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join our team. This hands-on role supports production, supply chain coordination, order fulfillment, and daily operations. You will work with our U.S. team, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers to keep projects moving and products arriving on time. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Production Coordination · Coordinate production schedules and timelines with contract manufacturers and filling facilities. · Track packaging components, materials, and finished goods to keep production on schedule. · Support purchase orders, vendor coordination, and production documentation. Retail Operations & Order Management · Track retail purchase orders from receipt through shipment and delivery. · Coordinate fulfillment for retail partners, including Target, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, and others. · Work with 3PL partners on inventory allocation, shipping schedules, and retailer requirements. · Support EDI workflows, including purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, and shipping documents. Logistics & Inventory · Coordinate shipments with 3PL logistics center and freight forwarders · Track inbound components and finished goods and help resolve shipping issues. · Maintain inventory records, assist with reconciliations, and support replenishment planning. E-Commerce & Daily Operations · Support order coordination across Shopify. · Maintain organized production trackers, purchase order records, and operational reports. · Follow up with internal and external teams to keep deadlines and daily priorities on track. Qualifications · 3+ years of experience in supply chain, production coordination, logistics, or operations. · Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent follow-through. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and common business systems. · Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. · Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred. · Experience with contract manufacturers Hands-on experience with EDI systems and retailer EDI requirements is strongly preferred · Experience working with mass retailers such as Target, Walmart, Nordstrom, and Costco is preferred.
