Job Overview We are a Popular Bazzar, which opens only Friday -Sunday 10-7 pm Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight jewelry features and craftsmanship Assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising jewelry collections effectively Handle cash register operations, including cash drawer management and balancing daily sales reports Provide detailed product knowledge to educate customers about jewelry materials, styles, and care tips Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Support inventory management through stock counting and product replenishment efforts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in jewelry, luxury goods, or specialty retail environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is essential for smooth transactions Experience in product demos and upselling techniques will help maximize sales potential Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are important for engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and stock management enhances overall performance Grocery store or other retail experience can be beneficial for understanding customer service dynamics Join us to turn your passion for jewelry into a rewarding career where every day brings new opportunities to shine!
