Store Manager – Fine Jewelry Vallera Jewelers | The Florida Mall, Orlando, FL Full-Time About Us At Vallera Jewelers, we help clients celebrate the moments that matter most: engagements, anniversaries, milestones, and everyday luxuries. We’re growing our team at The Florida Mall and looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our store. You’ll work hands-on with diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and fine timepieces, and you’ll build a team that delivers a warm, personalized experience that turns first-time shoppers into lifelong clients. What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Development Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching associates to deliver exceptional client experiences Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing sales team Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to company standards Sales Performance Drive store sales, monitor key metrics, and carry out strategies to meet and exceed targets Guide clients through meaningful purchases, including engagement rings, anniversary gifts, custom pieces, and self-purchases Educate clients on quality, craftsmanship, metals, and the 4 Cs Promote add-ons such as protection plans, jewelry care products, and complementary pieces Build lasting client relationships through follow-ups, wish lists, and personalized service Resolve escalated client concerns professionally while protecting long-term relationships Operations & Loss Prevention Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and bank deposits Manage inventory control, receiving, transfers, and physical counts under strict loss prevention standards Oversee sales, returns, layaways, financing applications, repair intake, ring sizing, cleaning services, and special orders Ensure compliance with all company policies, security protocols, and cash-handling procedures Visual Merchandising & Marketing Maintain showcase presentation and visual merchandising standards Execute promotions, in-store events, and seasonal campaigns What We’re Looking For 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience; jewelry or luxury retail management strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building successful teams Strong operational skills, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash controls Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills Polished, professional presentation and genuine enthusiasm for fine jewelry Strong attention to detail when handling high-value merchandise and transactions Proficiency with point-of-sale systems Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle merchandise Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check Ready to lead?
