Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces that match their style and needs Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features, craftsmanship, and unique qualities of jewelry items Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and retail math calculations Maintain well-organized merchandise displays through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote customers or taking inquiries Support store operations by assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining product knowledge across the jewelry collection Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury goods environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader clientele effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math concepts Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team collaboration Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and inventory management practices Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly Passion for jewelry or fashion accessories is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for jewelry meets your talent for sales!
