DO NOT APPLY IF UNDER 5 YEARS OF EXPEREINCE Job Description: Tahara Jewelry is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at our esteemed luxury jewelry store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class shopping experience to our discerning clientele. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exquisite jewelry pieces in the industry while providing expert guidance and assistance to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the store. Listen attentively to their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and assistance. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and historical significance. Stay updated on industry trends and new arrivals. Sales and Upselling: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Guide them through the selection process, ensuring they have all the necessary information to choose the perfect piece. Upsell additional items, accessories, or services when appropriate. Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers. Keep detailed records of their preferences and contact information for future outreach. Jewelry Care and Maintenance: Educate customers on proper jewelry care and maintenance, providing information on cleaning, repair, and appraisal services offered by Tahara Jewelry. Store Presentation: Contribute to maintaining an impeccable store appearance. Assist in visual merchandising, organizing displays, and ensuring jewelry cases are well-maintained. Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management, including restocking and conducting regular inventory counts. Notify management of low stock or needed replenishments. Qualifications: Prior experience in luxury retail, especially in jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion , is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service abilities. A passion for and appreciation of luxury jewelry. Detail-oriented and a willingness to continuously learn about our products.
