Jewelry Inventory & Media Assistant

Sunshine Jewelry Media is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable person to manage jewelry inventory and support product photography. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meticulous organization, handling products carefully, and creating high-quality visual content. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Take a meticulous inventory of jewelry items, ensuring every piece is accurately recorded, organized, and accounted for. Product Photography: Photograph jewelry inventory once a week, ensuring clear, consistent, high-quality images. Photo Editing: Edit and organize photos for use in digital media, product listings, or internal records. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure photos correspond to the correct jewelry items. Quality Control: Identify and report discrepancies, missing items, or inconsistencies in inventory records. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle jewelry carefully and responsibly. Basic photography and photo-editing skills, or willingness to learn. Reliability, consistency, and the ability to work independently. Basic computer skills and comfort maintaining digital records. Initial 90-Day Period The role will begin on a part-time basis, with an estimated commitment of 3–4 hours per week. After the initial 90 days, there may be an opportunity to expand the responsibilities and transition to a full-time position, depending on business needs and performance.
