About the Position Covenant Jewelry Buyers is a growing jewelry and precious-metals buying company in Naples, Florida. We purchase gold, silver, jewelry, diamonds, coins, watches, and other valuables directly from the public. We are looking for a confident, personable, and highly motivated salesperson to join our team as a Jewelry Buyer. Little to no jewelry experience is needed. We can teach you how to evaluate jewelry, precious metals, coins, watches, and other valuables. What we need is someone who is already a great communicator and salesperson, comfortable speaking with customers, able to negotiate and close deals, and capable of learning quickly. What You'll Do Meet one-on-one with customers looking to sell their valuables Build trust and create an excellent customer experience Evaluate items and make purchase offers Negotiate confidently and close deals Learn to identify and evaluate jewelry, precious metals, coins, watches, and diamonds Accurately document purchases and follow company procedures Maintain a professional, welcoming environment Work closely with our team to improve sales and buying performance Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is outgoing, articulate, trustworthy, competitive, and great with people. You should be comfortable discussing money, negotiating, overcoming objections, and asking for the deal. You should be a fast learner and strong speaker who can absorb new information quickly and confidently communicate it to customers. Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in jewelry, precious metals, luxury goods, automotive sales, real estate, or other high-ticket sales is a plus, but jewelry experience is not required.
