Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the JDA Infrastructure Operations Specialist has DoD expertise in the following areas:  BY application architecture, test and development infrastructure operations, and production infrastructure operations.  Addresses problems of systems integration, systems compatibility, system availability, and possesses knowledge of multiple supporting application platforms.  Provides knowledge and expertise in the area of infrastructure operations within a DoD environment.  Facilitates effective change control, problem management, and communication among BY infrastructure stakeholders.  Facilitates product support, maintenance, and patching of the BY application suite and supporting components.
