Janitor – Day Shift | Fulfillment Center / Warehouse Location: 4417 192nd St E, Frederickson, WA 98446 Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Up to 35 hours per week Company: ABDM Inc ABDM Inc is hiring a dependable Day Shift Janitor to support a large shipping and distribution facility in Frederickson, WA. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace clean, safe, and organized. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility. Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly. Refill paper products, soap, and other restroom and facility supplies. Use floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment safely after proper training. Maintain clean and organized janitorial and supply areas. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE. Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or equipment issues promptly. Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to established schedules and facility standards. What We're Looking For Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety requirements. Comfortable performing physical work, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment. Professional and respectful when working around employees, visitors, and client personnel. Schedule & Hours Monday through Friday Day shift Up to 35 hours per week Additional hours must be approved by management. Reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts is required.
