Job Description This Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, developing, and coaching a team within the Byhalia Distribution Center, utilizing our SAP ERP system and Microsoft Excel to monitor employee production and order accuracy. The successful candidate will make recommendations and implement improvements to processes, methods, and controls in the department. Your role in our future Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and discipline 5-10 direct reports. Directs daily inbound/outbound logistics, including sorting, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure efficiency within the department by producing productivity reports to monitor department KPIs. Crosstrain and provide backup supervisory support to other warehouse departments. Manages stock levels, performs cycle counts, and reconciles inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations, i.e., USPS, OSHA, etc. Maintain quality instructions in our document control system. Identifies and implements strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Maintain effective vendor relationships and negotiations. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Your profile High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred. 5 years’ minimum experience in warehouse/distribution operations preferred. 3 years of supervisory experience preferred. Experience using ERP and/or WMS systems. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
